As we all work together to smooth the curve of spread, we ask that you help us follow our reasonable protocol designed to help minimize exposure in our area.


1. We will be scheduling showings so they do not overlap
2. We respectfully request that only title holding buyers attend our showings, open houses and home inspections.
3. During the home showings, we will limit the number of people in the home at any time to 4.
4. We respectfully request that no more than 3 people be in any individual room at one time.
We will stay out of your way to ensure a complete experience.
5. We understand this may extend showing times, we will commit the necessary time for each person to fulfill their desire for inspecting and viewing.
6. Our clients and our agents are following a sanitizing protocol, but please do not hesitate to double down; we have no problem with you sanitizing door handles, light switches and yourselves throughout the process.
7. We ask that you ask your clients or customers if they have traveled abroad, been sick or been with someone showing symptoms of sickness in the last two weeks; and postpone showings to anyone with a positive answer.
8. We are communicating the same questions to our own seller clientele and will immediately suspend marketing on properties that fit this higher risk category.
9. We respectfully request that you prepare for each showing by bringing your own listing sheet of our listings.
10. We respectfully request that your client/customer touch as few things as possible during the showing.
11. We respectfully request that each party bring their own pens and paper to any open house, showing or inspection.
12. We respectfully request that the conversations, brainstorming and catching up that has become such a staple to our post showing process; be limited to telephone or video conferencing off property, once the viewing/ inspection has ended.
13. Should we be fortunate enough to enter into a transaction for sale of the listing, please excuse our physical distancing at events we are all so accustomed to conducting together.
